- Application Method: You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, with this form as described below. You can submit your application to our Company by one of the methods.
Submit your applications as follows;

In applications made "Personal Data Protection Law Information Request" will be written in the subject section.
Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the Law. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the relevant Law.
In applications to be made;
NOTIFICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES
ARTICLE 5 – (1) The relevant person may submit his/her requests within the scope of his/her rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by the person previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system. It is transmitted to the data controller by using the available e-mail address or through a software or application developed for the application purpose.
(2) In the application;
- a) Name, surname and signature if the application is written,
- b) TR ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners,
- c) Residence or workplace address subject to notification,
c) E-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
- d) The subject of the request, its existence
In order to provide a quicker and more accurate response about the natural person making the application, his/her relationship with our company must be clearly stated. For example, whether it is an employee or former employee, customer, visitor, business partner, etc. Also, the way in which the response to the application is intended to be received must be written.
